If you're a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential while benefiting from warm leads, full administrative support, and genuine career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity.The Role As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll work closely with homebuyers, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals and business opportunities. • Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers

• Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
\n
• Working closely with estate agency teams to generate warm leads
\n
• Advising on mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
\n
• Proactively generating new business opportunities
\n
• Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
\n
• Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
\n
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
\n

About You\n

\n
• CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum
\n
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
\n
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
\n
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
\n
• Highly motivated and target driven
\n
• Professional, well presented and commercially aware
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
\n
