Senior Finance Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global client within our clients Finance Managed practice.

This role is accountable for managing a multi-location delivery team, on / off shore ensuring high-quality, timely finance outputs across multiple jurisdictions.

The role combines operational leadership, global stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on driving standardisation, quality, and service excellence across global processes. A critical aspect of the role will be liaising closely with the team and client stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.

What a day looks like:

• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of finance managed contract for a global client, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
\n
• Drive standardisation of processes across jurisdictions, implementing best practice controls and governance
\n
• Act as primary contact for global stakeholders
\n
• Build trusted relationships and provide clear reporting on performance, risks and issue resolution
\n
• Lead and develop the onshore/offshore team, driving accountability and effective resource management
\n
• Drive process standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement through optimisation and automation initiatives
\n

Criteria:

\n
• Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent)
\n
• IFRS and GAAP experience
\n
• Proven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with international stakeholders and delivery centres
\n
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts
