- Job Type: Temporary (3 months, subject to change) \n
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm \n
- Start Date: 20th July 2026 \n
We are seeking a Housing Complaints Investigator to join a busy housing repairs team. This role is fully remote, following an initial 2-day onsite training in Ealing, London, with all travel expenses covered. You will be pivotal in handling Stage 1 complaints, ensuring they are resolved timely and maintaining high standards of customer service.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Manage and respond to Stage 1 housing repairs complaints. \n
- Investigate issues thoroughly, liaising with internal teams to gather necessary information. \n
- Draft clear, professional, and empathetic written responses to complaints. \n
- Ensure all complaints are resolved within agreed timescales and service standards. \n
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly. \n
- Deliver a customer-focused approach in all communications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience handling complaints in housing, local authority, or financial services sectors. \n
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and meet deadlines. \n
- Familiarity with complaint-handling processes and frameworks within a regulated environment. \n
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. \n
