- Maintain site services to support production operations \n
- Complete planned maintenance activities and maintain accurate records \n
- Monitor and maintain water treatment equipment \n
- Maintain compressors, refrigeration equipment, pumps, boilers and heating systems \n
- Respond to breakdowns across site services equipment \n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations \n
- Coordinate and oversee contractors working on site \n
- Maintain plant rooms and service areas to high housekeeping standards \n
- Ensure correct handling and disposal of hazardous materials \n
- Support inspections, testing and record keeping for regulated equipment \n

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering \n
- Strong understanding of a secondary engineering discipline \n
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, utilities or plant engineering environment \n
- Ability to fault-find and solve technical issues independently \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills \n
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively \n
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach \n
