Handyman

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join the on-site team at a high-end residential development in North West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent all-round maintenance skills who enjoys working in a customer-focused residential environment.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, helping to ensure the development is safe, well-presented and maintained to a high standard.

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the development.
\n
• Complete routine inspections of communal areas.
\n
• Undertake basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry and general repairs.
\n
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
\n
• Assist with planned preventative maintenance.
\n
• Liaise with specialist contractors where required.
\n
• Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the development.
\n
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
\n

• Salary of £33,614.52 per annum (inclusive of contractual overtime).
\n

• Previous experience in a handyman, caretaker, maintenance operative or facilities role.

• Good all-round maintenance skills across a variety of trades.

\n
