Robert Half is exclusively engaged to recruit a Management Accountant for a well-established organisation operating within a complex, multi-site environment. This is a highly visible role offering strong exposure to operational stakeholders and senior leadership, with a genuine opportunity to influence business performance. This is a permanent role that will offer hybrid working (one day per-week from home) and will be based in our clients office in Stirlingshire.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Act as the primary finance business partner to designated operational areas within the business
  • \n
  • Work closely with operational leads to monitor performance and identify financial risks and opportunities
  • \n
  • Provide insight and support to initiatives aimed at improving profitability and cash flow
  • \n
  • Produce monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and performance reporting
  • \n
  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning processes
  • \n
  • Analyse costs and support control initiatives to drive efficiency across the business
  • \n
  • Act as the central finance contact for business units, resolving queries and escalating where appropriate
  • \n
  • Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information
  • \n
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and support senior finance leadership on ad hoc projects
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial governance requirements
  • \n
Key Requirements\n
    \n
  • Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • \n
  • Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or finance business partnering
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • \n
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-finance stakeholders
  • \n
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across the business
  • \n
  • Good understanding of financial controls and accounting standards
  • \n
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using financial systems
  • \n

Salary for this role will be to £45,000 plus a strong benefits package.
