A leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Account Manager professional to join their growing team in Wolverhampton.   • A starting salary between £34,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • \n
  • Internal Sales: Manage inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing and customer follow-ups.
  • \n
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new commercial business opportunities, particularly within facilities management and contractor markets.
  • \n
  • Customer Service: Deliver a consistently high level of service across phone and email communication.
  • \n
  • Product Support: Advise customers on heating parts and product solutions.
  • \n
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth day-to-day operations.

RequirementsTo be successful in this Account Manager role, you should have:

  • Previous experience within the heating, plumbing or related industry would be ideal
  • \n
  • Internal sales, account management, trade counter or customer-facing sales experience
  • \n
  • Ideally a commercial background or experience dealing with contractors, facilities management companies or commercial customers
  • \n
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • \n
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • \n
