The Property Manager/Senior will oversee operations for an ultra-luxury rental high-rise in Manhattan, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards and providing an exceptional living experience for residents. Client Details A company in the property industry located in New York. Description Manage day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury rental high-rise in Manhattan. Oversee property maintenance to ensure facilities meet luxury standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property needs. Ensure compliance with all local and state property regulations. Handle tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control. Implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records related to property operations and tenant interactions.
