Our organization presents a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a thriving practice situated in Elkhart, Indiana, specifically at Simonton Lake Family Practice.
This facility is integrated within a multi-specialty environment, providing easy access to on-site X-ray and laboratory services, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and healthcare providers. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team that includes family practitioners and various specialists located within the same building.
This practice follows a traditional Family Medicine model, delivering comprehensive care for all age groups, from children to seniors. Services offered encompass chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures, and more. The average daily patient load ranges from 18 to 22.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Minimal on-call responsibilities
