Job Description
We are excited to announce that our organization is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to become part of our skilled nursing team in Cooperstown, NY.

Key Responsibilities:- Gather essential information from new residents for their admission process.
- Document health metrics of residents, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as required.
- Provide treatment and care for wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when necessary.
- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.
- Monitor residents’ food and fluid intake and output.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid LPN state license.
- Must be in good standing with the state registry.
Our facility is a 174-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center located in the scenic Mohawk Valley, just a short distance from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
