Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible* Family Medicine physician to join a thriving practice in Plymouth, Indiana, conveniently located near the University of Notre Dame.

Our medical group serves as the employed division of a prominent health system, encompassing over 20 practice locations and more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians across St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties.

This role will be part of a regional health system affiliated with a well-known medical institution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The chosen physician will provide care to patients spanning all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric.
  • Basic laboratory services are available, and the physician may perform fundamental procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections.
  • There are opportunities for teaching Family Medicine residents through clinical supervision and instruction.
  • Compliance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services is required.
  • Active membership on the medical staff of the health system may be necessary.

*Board Certification must be achieved within five years following the completion of the Residency Program.

Eligible providers (as outlined below) can receive up to $40,000 in tax-exempt loan forgiveness for serving full-time in one of our qualifying clinics or hospitals.

Financial Benefits

  • Engage in an ECHO learning project that connects healthcare professionals with specialist teams to enhance treatment for specific populations, diseases, or conditions.
