Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner Coverage Needs: Entire month of September Potential for extension Shifts: Tuesday - Thursday 7am - 4pm (with lunch from 12-1) Setting: Outpatient clinic Will see Primary Care and Occupational Health patients Census: Average 7 pts per day Support Staff: RN and full office support staff Procedures: Bread and Butter primary care Will see occupational medicine patients DOT certification preferred but not required Board Certification: Board Certified preffered Travel: Looking for commutable candidates Facility will consider travel Credentialing timeline: 24 hours Requirements: Active MT license and DEA Must have clean background
