As a working Warehouse Lead, you will spend part of your shift performing warehouse duties alongside the team and part of your shift supporting employee training, attendance, safety, communication, and performance.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings available on day and night shifts. You will play an important role in helping associates succeed, maintaining safe work practices, and supporting communication between Verstela employees, Verstela management, and the client.

Warehouse Lead Duties:

\n

\n
• Lead, train, and delegate daily activities while working alongside warehouse associates.
\n
• Coach and mentor employees while helping the team meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
\n
• Reinforce PPE requirements, safe forklift practices, and all warehouse safety procedures.
\n
• Monitor shift attendance and promptly communicate attendance, performance, safety, or operational concerns.
\n
• Collaborate with Verstela and client leadership to identify training needs and improve employee performance.
\n

Schedule:

\n

Openings are currently available on all four shifts:

\n

\n
• Shift A – Day Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
\n
• Shift B – Night Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
\n
• Shift C – Day Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
\n
• Shift D – Night Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:40 a.m.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

\n \n \n

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

\n

\n
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
\n
• Previous lead, training, or employee coaching experience.
\n
• General knowledge of forklift operations and safe material-handling practices; current forklift certification is not required.
\n
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
\n
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull.
