Hourly Rate: $36.00–$49.16
Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime compensated as per applicable laws)
Shifts: 12-hour shifts available for days, nights, and mid shifts.

ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, providing direct patient care in line with clinical standards and scope of practice. Key duties include administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients with diagnosed malignancies.
- Deliver direct care to oncology patients in an infusion environment.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions according to established protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses and side effects.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
- Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
- Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it thereafter.
- Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsPay Transparency: We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated hourly rate ranging from $36.00 to $49.16. The exact starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
