A well-established suburban Philadelphia medical malpractice defense firm is seeking a full-time experienced attorney to join our busy and collegial litigation practice. This position is ideal for an attorney who is looking to grow their litigation skills in a supportive, professional environment while working on sophisticated medical malpractice matters.\n

\nThe ideal candidate must have 5+ years prior litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense, and must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. We value attorneys who are motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage their work independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.\n

\n*Responsibilities include:*\n
\n
\n· Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents\n
\n
\n· Motion practice and legal research\n
\n
\n· Reviewing and analyzing medical records\n
\n
\n· Assisting with case strategy and preparation\n
\n
\n· Attending court appearances, depositions, and other proceedings as needed\n
\n
\n*Qualifications:*\n
\n
\n· Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)\n
\n
\n· Prior litigation experience preferred\n
\n
\n· Strong legal research and writing skills\n
\n
\n· Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently\n
\n
