- Monday 8am to 5pm \n
- Tuesday 8am to 5pm \n
- Wednesday 7:30am to 5pm \n
- Thursday 8am to 5:30pm \n
- Friday 8am to 5pm \n
\n - Location: 475 S State St Sparta, MI 49345 \n
- Specialty:Primary Care, must be able to see all ages \n
- Team Size:3 APPs and 2 physicians. Office total 25. \n
- Call Requirements: APPs do not currently have call responsibilities \n
- Additional Details: Spanish speaking required \n

Requirements

- Open to new graduates \n
- Board certified prior to employment \n
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) \n
- DEA license \n
Duties & Responsibilities
\nA typical day may include:

- Providing direct patient care \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams \n
- Participating in teaching and mentoring \n
- Documenting in Epic EMR \n
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives \n
- Supporting community health efforts \n
