Construction Superintendent / Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendents and Project Managers with a strong background in commercial ground-up construction for full-time, on-site positions in Oak Creek, WI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and manage site operations.

• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and regulations.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project timelines.

• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and construction best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager on commercial ground-up construction projects.

• Strong experience in construction site management and construction safety.

• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve challenges efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

• Construction Superintendent: Base salary of $90,000-$100,000, depending on experience.

• Project Manager: Base salary in a similar range or slightly higher, depending on experience and qualifications.
