About the Role Crisp is looking for an experienced business leader to coach and advise our highest-value clients—helping them scale faster, make better decisions, and become market leaders. This is not traditional facilitative coaching. Our Executive Coaches combine executive coaching, business consulting, financial analysis, and operational strategy to deliver measurable business results. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, challenging clients, identifying blind spots, and holding them accountable to meaningful outcomes. Please Note: This role is based in Atlanta, GA and requires on-site work Monday–Friday for the first 90 days. After 90 days, hybrid work is available (remote Tuesdays/Thursdays) outside of designated blackout periods and key workshop weeks. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
