Associate Attorney

VF Law, a leading homeowner association law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona for its Mesa, AZ office. An attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, HOA collections, covenant enforcement, and/or insurance defense is preferred.\n

\n*Responsibilities*\n
\n
\n* Conduct thorough legal research using WestLaw to support case preparation.\n
\n* Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.\n
\n* Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.\n
\n* Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice.\n
\n* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including insurance defense and enforcement.\n
\n* Maintain organized case files and documentation.\n
\n
