Production Supervisor

Overview:

• Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Leadership or Team Lead experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Lumber experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Skills and Experience:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Lumber industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
