Regional Sales Representative

SealBoss Corp. is seeking a proactive, driven, and self-motivated Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow a multi-state territory within the United States. This role focuses on developing business with contractors, specialty distributors, and related industry professionals. This is a sales role for someone who can build relationships, grow business, and represent the company effectively in both one-on-one and group settings. A key part of the position is the ability to speak confidently and professionally in front of distributors, contractors, and engineers. The applicant needs to plan, organize, and conduct hands-on product training sessions for these audiences. The ideal candidate combines sales ability, technical credibility, field presence, strong communication skills, and disciplined follow-up to expand market share and support customer success.
