Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Shillington, PA. This role can be filled by either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

While a minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred, candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

In states where practice regulations permit, the Advanced Practice Provider must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required.
