Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to help enhance the independence and overall quality of life for our residents. This position is based onsite and involves executing treatment plans as guided by an Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment strategies focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility, and safety for seniors in various living arrangements, including independent, assisted living, and memory care.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered support within a nurturing and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
