Why Join the B-K Team? B-K Tool & Design is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist / CNC Programmer for our 3rd shift team in Kalida, OH. This position involves CNC milling, CNC programming, machine setup, and operation of 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis and lathe machining centers producing precision-machined components for high end automation systems. Candidates with experience in CNC machining, CNC setup, G-code editing, CAM programming, Mastercam, Fusion 360, and multi-axis machining are encouraged to apply. This is not a repetitive production operator role. We are looking for skilled machinists who can independently set up, program, and run complex parts with minimal supervision. What We Offer: $26-$36/hr starting base pay 20% (up to) night shift premium (effective up to ~$43.20/hr+) Yearly bonus based on Company performance 4x10 schedule (Monday - Thursday nights) (Stable Schedule) Every Friday - Sunday off Work on custom automation projects instead of repetitive production runs.
