Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Base pay can reach up to $18.75 per hour.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Small Engine Technician will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing a variety of outdoor small engine products, including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Providing outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role.
- Diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicles.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading products, locating parts, and addressing inquiries about repairs.
- Document repairs on work orders and track units within the shop.
- Complete and file work orders efficiently.
- Assist with warranty claims and ensure timely filing.
- Communicate with customers regarding the completion dates of their repairs.
- Participate in training sessions and seminars for repair technicians.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be available to work evenings and at least every other weekend
- Have prior experience in small engine and/or automotive maintenance
- Possess customer service experience
- Have a background in retail
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
