Associate Attorney

Established civil litigation law firm seeks a full-time associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of heavy litigation experience.

Our firm consists of a close-knit, fun team who enjoy making a difference for our clients, and also enjoy spending time together.

We work hard to provide exceptional customer service, but also take time to help each other grow in our profession.

We offer mentorship, training, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be licensed in California and be knowledgeable in all areas of law and motion, discovery, depositions and trial preparation.

• Candidates who are able to quickly assume significant responsibility are desired.

• Public entity and/or insurance defense experience required.

• Education and/or employment litigation experience a plus.

• 160 billable hours per month are generally expected depending on experience.

• We have a dedicated team of legal assistants, junior paralegals, paralegals and law clerks to offer amazing litigation support.
