We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading behavioral health facility in Tucson. This is a direct hire opportunity offering consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and patient progress
- Support patients in accessing community resources and long-term recovery solutions
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
- Ability to commit to a fixed 12-hour shift (day or night)
- Strong interest in behavioral health and patient-centered care
- Open to both new grads and experienced nurses
Compensation
- Based on experience
- Weeknight Differential: +10%
- Weekend Day Differential: +15%
- Weekend Night Differential: +30%
