• Manage a patient load of 13 to 18 individuals daily
• Focus on an adult to geriatric patient demographic, with 70% of patients over the age of 55
• Work within a veterans healthcare facility
• A commitment of 9 to 12 months is required
• Open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds providers
• No specific procedures are mandated
• Hospital privileges are necessary
