\n Training and Safety Specialist Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Train and coach new and existing warehouse associates on equipment operation, safety procedures, and customer-specific processes.
    • \n
  • Conduct hands-on safety demonstrations, practical evaluations, and daily safety observations.
    • \n
  • Support the development and improvement of training materials and guides.
    • \n
  • Partner with management and staffing teams to promote a strong safety culture and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • \n
  • Document safety observations, near misses, and policy violations while supporting associates throughout their training.
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule:\n
\n
    \n
  • Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • \n
  • Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    • \n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
    \n
  • $25.00 per hour
    • \n
  • Overtime available when approved
    • \n
\n
\n Training and Safety Specialist Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 1 year of experience training warehouse employees or leading warehouse operations.
    • \n
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA best practices.
    • \n
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with management and operations teams.
    • \n
