\n Training and Safety Specialist Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Train and coach new and existing warehouse associates on equipment operation, safety procedures, and customer-specific processes. \n
- Conduct hands-on safety demonstrations, practical evaluations, and daily safety observations. \n
- Support the development and improvement of training materials and guides. \n
- Partner with management and staffing teams to promote a strong safety culture and provide recommendations for improvement. \n
- Document safety observations, near misses, and policy violations while supporting associates throughout their training. \n
\n Schedule:\n
\n- \n
- Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. \n
- Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. \n
\n Pay:\n
\n- \n
- $25.00 per hour \n
- Overtime available when approved \n
\n Training and Safety Specialist Requirements:\n
\n- \n
- At least 1 year of experience training warehouse employees or leading warehouse operations. \n
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. \n
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA best practices. \n
- Strong communication and coaching skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with management and operations teams. \n
