Hospitalist, OB/GYN Nocturnist - North of Boston, Lowell General Hospital

Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our OB-Gyn Hospitalist team.

Position Highlights

• Nocturnist schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
\n
• 12 shifts per month, offering excellent flexibility
\n
• Shared coverage model with OB Hospitalists and CNMs, 24/7
\n
• 1800 Deliveries Annually Shared between OB-Gyn Hospitalist Team & OBGYN Generalist Team
\n
• Dedicated support from in-house Anesthesia, Pediatrics, and ICU teams 24/7
\n
• Opportunity to focus on inpatient obstetrics and consultative gynecology
\n

Your Collaborative Role

\n
• Provide obstetrical care on Labor & Delivery
\n
• Manage OBED evaluations and admissions
\n
• Perform gynecologic consults and urgent care
\n
• Consultative role with Family Medicine Attendings
\n
• Collaborate closely with midwives, nursing staff, and physician colleagues
\n
• Participate in quality initiatives and patient safety programs
\n
