Foreman/Working Superintendent

The Foreman/Working Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Description Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion. Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications. Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor and manage resources, including materials, tools, and labor. Inspect work progress and resolve any on-site challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders. Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other relevant parties.
