Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator will play a key role in supporting construction project planning by preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial and manufacturing projects. This role is based in Sunrise and involves collaborating with project teams to ensure precise budgeting and resource allocation. Client Details A company in the industrial and manufacturing sector located in Sunrise. Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements. Analyze project drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to determine costs. Source and evaluate vendor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions. Assist in preparing project budgets and timelines for management review. Support the team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
