• Work schedule: Monday to Friday with 10-hour shifts, including night call
• Patient load: 20-30 patients per shift
• Responsibilities include outpatient clinic duties and inpatient consultations
• Required procedures: ERCP, EUS, colonoscopy, and upper endoscopy
• On-call duties with a 30-minute response time
• Average of 2+ callbacks per week
• GI lab procedures following scheduled colonoscopies
• Minimal call through the emergency department for GI bleeds
