Our organization is actively looking to hire full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to enhance surgical services at a hospital located in Troy, New York. Position Overview- Work Schedule: Flexible shifts of 8, 10, and 12 hours.
- Location: Enjoy a stable schedule at a single clinical site, with no travel required.

On-Call Rotation:
- 26 weekday shifts per year, each lasting 12 hours.
- 2 weekends per year, each requiring 24-hour shifts.
- Surgical Case Mix: Involves General Surgery, Obstetrics, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, Orthopedics, and Thoracic procedures.
Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes:
- Base Salary: $272,280, along with shift differentials and additional compensation for excess call.

Full-Time Bonus: A total of $100,000, distributed as follows for full-time CRNA candidates:
- $25,000 paid in the first pay period after the start date.
- $50,000 paid in the first pay period following the 6-month employment anniversary.
- $25,000 paid in the first pay period following the 1-year employment anniversary.
- Annual Hours: Full-time positions consist of 1,840 hours per year.
- Time Off: 6 weeks of paid time off, which includes 1 week dedicated to Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- CME Allowance: An annual budget of $2,500 for professional development.
- Quality Bonus: Eligible for a quality bonus of up to $10,000 in the third year, pro-rated for part-time and partial years.
- Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
