Family Medicine Physician- Cedar Falls, Iowa - No Nights/Weekends, Minimal Call & $150k Bonus

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become a part of our supportive team in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a varied patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

• Become a member of a collaborative group consisting of 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Focus on outpatient care, providing comprehensive services for patients of all ages.
• Enjoy a schedule with no weekends or evenings, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
• Experience minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only responsibilities and initial contact managed by a triage nurse.
• Work from a single practice location, conveniently located next to the hospital.
• Utilize a modern facility that has recently been updated, with on-site access to lab, MRI, and x-ray services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses.
• A bonus package totaling $150,000.
