Key Responsibilities- Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor their condition, and report any changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited vocational nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure as a practical nurse. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
