Headlight
Portland, OR, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description
Become part of a team that is revolutionizing mental health care. Our organization is not just a workplace; it represents a movement aimed at addressing the mental health crisis head-on. We are dedicated to reshaping how individuals access care and how clinicians provide it. To support those in need, we maintain transparency regarding our services, treatments, and coverage options. We advocate for innovation and utilize our extensive data to continuously enhance our care delivery methods. Our mission is straightforward yet impactful: Enhancing lives, one session at a time.

Our dedicated and ethical clinical team enjoys both independence and institutional backing, allowing them to concentrate on what truly matters: improving patient outcomes. Our clinicians aspire to do more than assist individual clients; they aim to influence the broader system, raising care standards so their impact extends well beyond private practice.

As the most reliable behavioral health partner in the Western United States, we have cultivated strong relationships that provide us with unmatched access, interoperability, and priority referrals. This exclusivity, paired with our top-tier coordinated care and feedback mechanisms, leads to exceptional outcomes and cost efficiencies.

Our services are designed to be convenient, accessible, and expert-driven, merging personalized client engagement with cutting-edge technology to enhance, rather than replace, human interaction. We firmly believe that human connections are essential; thus, from the initial match to the sessions and the intervals in between, we ensure comprehensive care so that no one is overlooked, paving a brighter path for everyone.

We are currently seeking PMHNPs to join our team in Portland. This full-time position features a hybrid schedule requiring four days in the office each week. The role will support our Medication Management and Interventional Psychiatry teams, focusing on TMS and Spravato treatments.

Applicants must possess an OR PMHNP license and be willing to obtain cross-licensure in CA or already hold a CA PMHNP license.
