Job Description
Division Payroll Specialist Location: Dulles, VA Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Type: Direct Hire About the company: Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings. Responsibilities: - Processes weekly payroll for union employees at the division level. This includes multiple trade unions across various states. - Works with union employees and supervisors to ensure that time is approved, captured, and processed accurately and timely. - Administer accurate employee payroll records, including new hire paperwork, payroll form updates, status change forms, and employee terminations. - Help monitor and track employee paid time off balances (vacation, holiday, jurisdictionally mandated sick and safe leave, and other personal time off) and provides updated reports to management regularly.
