As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide essential services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will be expected to offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with the requirement to maintain good standing throughout your employment
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
