Job Description
Essex County OB/GYN is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our Laborist team on Massachusetts' beautiful North Shore.

- $180$250 per hour based on experience and qualifications \n
- Approximately 12 shifts per month \n
- Flexible mix of day and night shifts \n
- 2,000 deliveries annually \n
- No outpatient office responsibilities \n

Our labor and delivery service manages approximately 2,000 births annually, providing physicians with a rewarding blend of routine and complex obstetrical care.
\nLaborists practice within a highly collaborative coverage model designed to support both patient safety and physician satisfaction.
\nAt all times, physicians have access to:

- Private attending physician support \n
- One to two additional providers available for backup coverage 24 hours a day \n
