Essex County OB/GYN is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our Laborist team on Massachusetts' beautiful North Shore.

High-Volume Obstetrics with Exceptional Support\n

Our labor and delivery service manages approximately 2,000 births annually, providing physicians with a rewarding blend of routine and complex obstetrical care.

Laborists practice within a highly collaborative coverage model designed to support both patient safety and physician satisfaction.

At all times, physicians have access to:

• Dedicated laborist physician coverage

• Certified Nurse Midwife coverage
\n
• Private attending physician support
\n
• One to two additional providers available for backup coverage 24 hours a day

Our physicians are never practicing in isolation and benefit from a team-based approach that promotes collaboration during routine care, high-volume periods, and obstetric emergencies.
