MIG/TIG Welder – $29–34/hr + Overtime | ASME Pressure Vessel Work (Shop – Local)

- Per diem for employees who reside 60 or more miles from the facility address. \n

What You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on ASME pressure vessels and components \n
- Use both manual & semi-automated welding equipment \n
- Weld pipe and structural components to code requirements \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings \n
- Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding \n
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications \n
Requirements

- Ability to speak, read, and write in English \n
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols \n
- Strong attention to detail and weld quality \n
- Ability to pass a weld test (MIG and TIG carbon plate 2G & 3G is required . TIG carbon pipe 6G is preferred. Preferred (Not Required) \n

- 2+ years of welding experience \n
- Experience with ASME code welding \n
- Background in pressure vessel or process equipment fabrication \n
- Experience with pipe welding and fabrication \n
