CA - NP contract need in Fairfield - September 1-December 31

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract position starting September 1-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fairfield, CA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including Women's Health. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 2-3pm, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Clinic is also staffed with a Medical Assistant. Provider must be Board Certified, must have a California DEA, and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.\n
