Associate Attorney - Real Estate Litigation

our client is a New York law firm specializing in Landlord-Tenant litigation and related Real Estate matters. Backed by over 30 years of experience, the firm's partners provide practical, results-oriented legal representation while efficiently managing cases from initial notices through eviction using proprietary case management technology. Working closely with City Marshals and a network of process servers across New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and upstate New York, the firm delivers timely, comprehensive legal services to property owners and real estate professionals.

Job requirements and Benefits:

• Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join their well established Landlord - Tenant practice. Candidates can expect to represent landlords and property managers before the NYC Housing Court in all five boroughs, as well as in administrative proceedings and plenary actions.

• Duties will include daily court appearances, trials and hearings, motion practice, legal research and writing.

• Health benefits / 401K available.

• Must be admitted to the NYS Bar with a minimum of one year experience post-admission. Office based in Rockville Centre, New York and serving clients across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.

• Salary $125K -$175K+, commensurate with experience.
