OB/GYN Hospitalist - Lowell General Hospital

We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our dedicated OB-GYN Hospitalist team.

Position Highlights- Nocturnist Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Flexible Shifts: 12 shifts per month
- Shared Coverage: Collaborate with OB Hospitalists and CNMs, available 24/7
- Annual Deliveries: Approximately 1,800, shared between the OB-GYN Hospitalist and Generalist teams
- In-House Support: Access to Anesthesia, Pediatrics, and ICU teams around the clock
- Focus Areas: Inpatient obstetrics and consultative gynecology
- Provide obstetrical care in Labor & Delivery
- Manage evaluations and admissions in the OBED
- Conduct gynecologic consults and urgent care
- Engage in consultative roles with Family Medicine Attendings
- Work closely with midwives, nursing staff, and physician colleagues
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
