Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join their team in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, or loan operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
- Process and maintain loan records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review loan documentation and update account information as needed
- Research and resolve servicing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries
- Monitor loan activity, payment processing, and account maintenance tasks
- Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and support loan servicing functions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within servicing systems
- Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned
- 1+ years of experience in loan servicing, banking, mortgage operations, financial services, or a related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Long-term temporary assignment with stability and growth potential
