Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the roadside.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment and ensure the store facility is well-kept, including general housekeeping tasks.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to our safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by our organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in different temperature conditions.
- Commitment to customer service and safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
