Specialty: Hematology Oncology Coverage Needs: ASAP Ongoing Shifts: Tuesday - Friday 8a 5p Will need to rotate some call Call: Option for both night and weekend call Support Staff: 3 Other Hem/Onc Doctors and 4 APPs EMR: EPIC Census: 18-20 patients daily Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Setting Clinical setting during day On call includes consults on the hospital side, well rounding Trauma Level 3 Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing Travel: Hospital will cover Credentialing timeline: 60-90 days (hoping for 9/1 start) Requirements: Active IN license or IMLC At Least 2 years of experience ACLS and BLS both AHA issued
