Director of LIHTC Compliance

The VP of LIHTC Compliance will oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the property industry. This role requires a strategic leader capable of implementing policies and managing risk effectively. Description Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs tailored to the property industry. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company remains in full compliance with applicable laws. Collaborate with internal departments to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Provide guidance to senior leadership on compliance-related matters. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies. Oversee training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements. Prepare and present compliance reports to stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
