OB/GYN Opportunity Available in Chicago, Illinois (Olympia Fields)

We are currently looking for an OB/GYN in Olympia Fields who is passionate about enhancing health and improving care for our patients. This role involves collaborating with a care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

Opportunity Highlights

• Call schedule of 1:3 or 1:4

• Support from one mid-level provider

• Deliveries conducted at Silver Cross Hospital and Franciscan Health

• Access to a Level III NICU and in-house anesthesia

• Utilization of an outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures

• A robust internal referral network and collaborative partnerships with over 1,000 providers in obstetrics, gynecology, and beyond

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from $350,000 to $500,000, including opportunities for financial bonuses, stipends, CME funding, and eligibility for equity through a shareholder track

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected base salary for this role ranges from $325,000 to $350,000, contingent on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. This position may also qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $350,000 and $500,000.
