QualificationsRequirements for Physical Therapist Assistants:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team
Hourly wage ranges from $26 to $30, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
