Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient environment
• Help patients achieve functional goals through evidence-based practices
• Establish strong relationships with patients and ensure a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic atmosphere

Qualifications

Requirements for Physical Therapist Assistants:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $26 to $30, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
